Opening The Doors To My Life A Little To Let You In.
Hi, I'm Ken Nairne, just like to say thank you for visiting my website. I created this website mainly as a place where I can chill and express myself and show people that whenever they see me online they can see that I am a real person.
A Little About Me:
I was born in a small country town in Clarendon Jamaica. I came to London in the UK at the tender age of 12 years old back in 1972. It must have been one of the coldest February I've ever experience! It was like the movie "Cool Running". I didn't have a clue what I was coming into. My mother (god bless her) and my older brother who came over first came to pick me and my youngest brother Freddie up at Heathrow Airport and they brought us both a winter coat which was very welcoming. My mother didn't know that we were a short 12 and 10-year-olds so when we put these coats on, believe me, every time I watch the film ET it reminds us of us of what we looked Like. The coats were practically touching the ground, but it kept us warm.
When we finally got to our new home, the first thing me and my younger brother thought was, " WOW, there's a lot of factories in this country" we've never seen houses with chimneys before, it was always factories. We soon learned that they were all houses. You see, the only buildings with chimneys in Jamaica were factories not houses, so you can understand that the sight of these chimneys threw us.
After around 4 and a half years of being in England and didn't do too well at school, I joined the Royal Navy in September 1976, as I was always intrigued in the Navy from my time as a Sea Cadet. I spent 13 fantastic years serving the fleet and travelling the world and made the decision to come out in 1989. In that time I got married (now divorced) and have two wonderful boys who have now grown men themselves, so much that my youngest is now married and have a beautiful daughter making me a proud granddad.
After the Navy, I didn't really want to go back to London as I'm a country lad and love the country air so I decided to remain in Plymouth. Not only that, my children were born in Plymouth so it only makes sense to stay here. I love the West Country and the freedom of having so many things and places to do and go, I can't imagine wanting to move back to anywhere like London.
A Little About My Lifestyle:
Over the years after leaving the Royal Navy I've had several different jobs, which were all ok but I was never cut out for those kinds of work. Don't get me wrong, I loved all my jobs but I knew I could do better. I started Network Marketing in 1989 part-time while I was working to provide for my family, then tried going full-time on it! I wasn't very good at it back then but I did make some good money as well as lost some hard to swallow cash. I have no regrets though as I've learned loads through all those failures. I was also very much interested in investments and tradings, so I bought loads of Forex marketing courses and other investment courses as I wanted to be the best in my field. Yes, I did lose a lot of money back then as I was just a rookie in the trading and investment world, but yes I learned a lot, so much so that I'm now more experience in trading.
I started out trading Forex, but now after learning the Crypto market I soon transferred over to trading Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency. this market is more volatile and allow me to make more money while enjoying the ride.
Most people panic when the crypto market drops but I don't as I'm not buying to hold! I'm trading the market so when it drops I'm in there like lightning trading the downs and reaping the ups. I do have certain coins that I'm holding, but mostly, I just trade the pairs. I love this market and I'm positive, this market is here to stay.
Well, that's a wee bit about me. Tell me about you.
Again, thanks for stopping by. I wish you and your family well and also I wish you much success. Take care and God bless.
